GRS Recruitment are working with an international brokerage based in Limassol and are looking to hire a Thai speaking Business Development Manager in Limassol to join the Business Development team for this respective market. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage an existing portfolio
  • Network and build relationships with prospective clients to generate business and achieve profitability and increased sales growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential business deals and analyze market strategies to determine their feasibility and potential profitability.
  • Coordinate with various departments to develop and negotiate contracts, ensuring they integrate contract requirements with business operations.
  • Analyze marketing trends and track competitors' activities to provide valuable insights for fine-tuning operation and marketing strategies.
  • Ensure compliance and adherence to business, regulatory, and brand guidelines, maintaining legal and ethical standards in all business dealings.
  • Establish and maintain business relationships with all clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their retention and future prospects.
  • Provide management with market feedback, including market trends and customer needs, to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Participate in related industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on trends and developments and identify potential business opportunities.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or similar positions
  • Thai Native speaker
  • Proven track record in business development, with a strong ability to close deals and prospect new clients
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple terms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and make data-driven decisions
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Previous Work Experience in Forex or Finance Trading Industry is an added advantage.
  • Strong Awareness of Market Trends, Emerging Technologies, and New FinTech Products and Business Models is an added advantage.
