DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Cultivate and nurture relationships with high-value partners, becoming their trusted advisor for company trading solutions

Analyse market opportunities and competitive landscapes to identify strategic growth initiatives

Design and execute region-specific expansion plans that resonate with local market needs

Lead initiatives to enhance brand awareness and market presence in your assigned territories

Collaborate with global teams to adapt our offerings to local preferences and requirements

Travel to meet partners and represent at industry events
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Are fluent in English and Italian, German or Portuguese, with strong cultural understanding of these markets

Possess excellent relationship-building and networking abilities

Demonstrate strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities

Have 2-5 years of experience in business development (preferred)

Bring knowledge of financial services and digital technologies (preferred)
