GRS Recruitment is excited to announce a new opportunity for a Business Development Manager with a reputable Forex Trading company located in Limassol. Our client is a private firm with a dynamic team and they are eager to find a candidate who possesses a strong background in Sales/Business Development, particularly within the Forex industry. The ideal candidate will identify business growth opportunities and develop strategies to contribute to the financial growth of the company by attracting new clients for the purpose of opening online trading/investment accounts as well as developing and maintaining client relationships by offering the highest standards of client services. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES 
  • Contribute to the planning and implementation of the company's market penetration and expansion strategy. 
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction. 
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs and keep up to date with the market competition and industry-related news. 
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and partners and promote the company’s products. 
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. 
  • Initiate contact with clients for the purpose of opening trading/investment accounts 
  • Provide clients with assistance and guidance on the use of online trading software. 
  • Offer the client insight and updates on the state of the financial markets without giving specific recommendations. 
  • Follow company policies on client relationships and etiquette. 
  • Abide by compliance and legal procedures when dealing with the clients’ files and trading accounts. 
  • Establish business synergies by introducing brokers over the markets.
  • Organize webinars/seminars with signed-up IBs.
CANDIDATE PROFILE 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or any related field 
  • 1-3 years of experience in Business Development in the financial industry preferably in European markets
  • Good knowledge of the financial market 
  • English language - verbal and written 
  • Experience in MT4 - MT5
  • Networking skills and the ability to create new contacts and meet new potential leads 
  • Microsoft Office skills, online trading software and CRM experience a plus.
  • Must have very good interpersonal skills 
  • Excellent follow up and negotiation skills 
  • Ability to gather and dissect market information and news
