GRS Recruitment is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Conversion Agent to join our client, a reputable Forex Trading company based in Limassol. With a dedicated team and a strong presence in the Forex/Fintech sector, this role presents an excellent chance for candidates looking to advance their career in a dynamic and supportive environment. This role is focused exclusively on converting incoming retail (B2C) into First-Time Depositors (FTDs). You will be the first point of contact for new leads generated through Organic, Direct, and Campaign sources. Your sole focus is to turn these registrations into real money clients once FTD is secured, the client is handed off to the retention team. This is not a cold-calling role – all leads are provided and have already expressed interest. It’s a fast-paced position that offers a clear progression path for high performers.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Contact warm leads promptly to convert registrations into FTDs.
  • Guide potential clients through the onboarding process and encourage their first deposit.
  • Maintain high activity levels: 200+ calls daily and several hours of active talk time.
  • Ensure FTDs meet the minimum deposit threshold to qualify.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and retention teams to improve lead quality and handover.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up tasks.
  • Deliver consistent performance under pressure in a structured, KPI-driven environment.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or any related field is preferred.
  • Previous tele sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not essential.
  • Experience in a sales-driven or high-volume call center environment is advantageous.
  • Forex or financial industry exposure is an asset but not mandatory
  • Strong and confident personality with the ability to engage and influence.
  • Retail sales mindset – persuasive, persistent, and target-oriented.
  • Ability to handle pressure, meet targets, and stay focused throughout the day.
  • Highly disciplined and regimented in approach and daily routine.
  • Fluent in English; any additional language is a plus.
  • Ability to learn and a strong desire to grow professionally.
  • Comfortable with the repetitive nature of the role and driven by results.
  • Able to work full-time from their Limassol office.
