DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand market presence in the LATAM region.
  • Recruit, mentor, train and guide a team of Business Development and Account Managers across the region to achieve and exceed KPI’s and targets.
  • Work closely with the management team to implement campaigns and promotions to increase client and Partner registrations.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Negotiate and establish business partnerships with high value IB’s and Affiliates.
  • Set performance targets to the teams and agents and provide regular feedback to management.
  • Develop and manage budgets for the region.
  • Propose changes to products, services, and policies based on data-driven evaluations.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Spanish and English speaking is a must.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in a similar role within the CFD trading industry.
  • A track record of exceeding targets and building high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in business development and client acquisition.
  • Proficiency with sales tools and data analysis for decision-making.
  • Strong knowledge of FX markets and financial products.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, teamwork capabilities, and relationship-building expertise.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to independently drive client relationships.
