Our esteemed construction client in Larnaca is seeking a talented and dedicated Architect to join their team. The ideal candidate will lead the Company's architectural function while personally designing new residential and mixed-use developments during the initial growth phase. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the design of all new developments.
- Prepare feasibility studies, concept designs and planning submissions.
- Optimise layouts and saleable areas.
- Manage external consultants.
- Establish company design standards.
- Lead value engineering.
- Support construction with technical guidance.
- Build and lead the Design & Architecture Department.
- Work closely with Development, Construction, Sales and Marketing.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
- Registered Architect and ETEK Member
- Minimum 10–15 years of post-qualification experience.
- Minimum 5 years in a senior architectural leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience in designing residential and mixed-use developments.
- Strong knowledge of Cyprus Planning, Building Regulations and permitting procedures.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary consultant teams.
- Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit and BIM workflows.
- Excellent written and spoken Greek and English.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
- €58,000 – €68,000 Gross Per Annum.
- Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability.
