GRS Recruitment is working with an established and growing technology company based in Limassol that is currently seeking an Assistant Accountant to join their finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated accounting professional with 2–3 years of experience who is looking to develop their career within a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Reconcile invoices and investigate any discrepancies.

Prepare and update expense reports and process reimbursements.

Prepare bank deposits and record financial transactions in internal systems.

Maintain accurate digital and physical financial records.

Issue invoices to customers and external partners when required.

Review and maintain payroll documentation.
-
Assist with quarterly and annual audits.

Support the finance team with day-to-day accounting tasks and reporting.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
-
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
-
Good knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures and financial regulations.

Strong MS Excel skills and experience with accounting software (e.g., Premier Soft).

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
-
Good command of the English language.
