DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Record daily financial transactions (sales, expenses, payments, transfers)

Reconcile bank accounts, POS systems, and supplier statements

Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing

Prepare and process invoices

Monitor cash flow movements and petty cash

Support monthly closing procedures
-
Assist in VAT preparation and tax documentation
-
Maintain organised accounting files and digital records
-
Coordinate with stores and warehouse for financial documentation
-
Support stock reconciliations and cost control processes

Assist the CFO with financial reports and internal analysis
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
-
1–3 years of relevant accounting experience (retail experience will be considered an advantage)

Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Powersoft, SAP, or similar)
-
Strong Excel skills
-
High level of accuracy and organisation
-
Integrity and discretion when handling sensitive financial data
-
Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure
