MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITLIES

General day to day office administration

Updating our medical providers contact information on our own platform

Researching new medical facilities in countries where we lack agreements

Liaison with our external accountant in providing documents as needed

Liaison with other offices globally
-
Learning how to produce various reports on trends / case numbers / cases by country etc
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Excellent English and Greek both spoken and written (other languages an advantage)

Good knowledge of Microsoft office programs

Good internet experience in how to find information

Proficient typing speeds

Ability to take instructions and prioritise

Remaining focused whilst working
