DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the Financial Controller in the daily running of the finance department

Coordinate and compile monthly management accounts and payment runs

Ensure accurate and timely posting of accounting entries and reconciliations

Perform reconciliations of control, bank, cash, and intercompany accounts

Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial statements

Review and strengthen internal controls and compliance with legislation
-
Support internal and external audits, including stock takes

Improve reporting, automate processes, and enhance financial efficiency

Supervise and mentor junior finance team members
CANDIDATE PROFILE

ACCA qualification or equivalent
-
Experience in management accounts preparation
-
Strong numerical, organisational, and time-management skills
-
High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
-
Familiarity with accounting systems (SUN systems and Sage Evolution considered an asset)

Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
