MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Immigration and residency applications for individuals, families, employees and investors

Real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, reservations, leases and related agreements

Property due diligence and liaison with the Land Registry, local authorities, banks and other relevant bodies
-
Cyprus company incorporations, restructurings and ongoing corporate matters
-
Drafting and reviewing agreements, resolutions, powers of attorney and other legal documents
-
Advising clients on practical legal and procedural matters
-
Supporting KYC, AML and client due diligence processes
-
Managing matters independently and keeping clients informed throughout the process
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Is a qualified lawyer and member of the Cyprus Bar Association
-
Has experience in immigration, real estate, corporate law, or a combination of these areas
-
Has strong drafting skills in both Greek and English
-
Communicates clearly and professionally with clients and authorities
-
Is organised, reliable and attentive to detail
-
Can take ownership of matters and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
-
Has a practical and solution-focused approach
SALARY AND BENEFITS

€20,000 - €23,000 Gross Per Annum
