A leading Audit & Advisory company is looking for an experienced Audit Senior to join their Audit team in Malta. You will report to the Audit Manager & Audit Partner and work on a portfolio of clients across different sectors. The ideal candidate will have some Audit or Accounting experience and be working towards the ACA or ACCA. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Build and maintain effective working relationships with client personnel and meet client and firm deadlines

Fully accountable for Audit & Assurance engagements from start to completion

Preparation and review of Financial statements in accordance with GAPSME and IFRS

Perform other Audit and Assurance engagements
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
In final stages of ACA or ACCA or hold a degree in Accounting
-
At least 2 years’ experience working in Audit or Accounting
-
Good working knowledge of GAPSME, IFRS and IAS’s
-
Ability to identify and report sensitive issues
-
Capable of working within a team, manage multiple engagements and work to demanding deadlines

Be smart, highly motivated, well presented individual with an eye for details
