GRS is working with a professional services firm based in Limassol who are seeking an Audit Trainee to join its growing audit team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or an individual at the beginning of their audit career to gain hands-on experience, work with a diverse portfolio of local and international clients, and develop within a supportive and collaborative environment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in the planning and execution of statutory audit engagements under the supervision of senior team members

Assist in the preparation of Financial Statements in accordance with IFRS

Support the preparation of Tax Computations and Tax Returns
-
Liaise with clients to obtain audit documentation and information required for engagements

Assist with the completion and filing of Financial Statements and Tax Returns
-
Maintain high professional standards while developing technical knowledge and practical audit skills
CANDIDATE PROFILE

University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
-
Strong command of Greek and English, both written and verbal

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail

Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills

Eagerness to learn, develop professionally, and build a career in audit

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
SALARY AND BENEFITS

€16,000 - €20,000 Gross Per Annum

Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability.
