GRS Recruitment is delighted to partner with a reputable Engineering company based in Nicosia, currently seeking an Automation Service Engineer. The successful candidate will provide on-site technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for automation, security, and integrated technology systems. The role involves working directly with customers, diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs, and supporting the wider engineering team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assess customer issues and arrange service visits.

Diagnose, repair, and maintain automation, AV, networking, HVAC, lighting, shading, and security systems.

Carry out on-site testing and technical support.

Document completed work through service reports.

Assist senior engineers with complex technical issues.

Maintain strong customer relationships and high service standards.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Interest or experience in engineering, automation, or technology.
-
Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
-
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
-
Fluent Greek and English.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
-
Able to work independently and manage priorities.

Valid driving licence and clean criminal record.

Experience with automation, networking, AV, or security systems.

Relevant technical certifications.

Previous field service or engineering experience.
SALARY AND BENEFITS

€15,000 - €20,000 Gross Per Annum
