GRS Recruitment are pleased to partner with a reputable Construction company based in Larnaca, to find a dedicated BMS Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. Do you have the authorization to work in Cyprus and are a fluent English speaker? The successful candidate will lead the system delivery across multiple projects in Cyprus, starting with a major infrastructure project. The role covers the full BMS lifecycle, including system design, programming, integration, commissioning, and handover.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
Must-Have
-
Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics or Control Engineering.

7+ years of hands-on BMS programming and commissioning experience with a manufacturer, system integrator or MEP contractor.

Practical experience with Johnson Controls Metasys and/or Facility Explorer.

Knowledge of BACnet, Modbus and M-Bus integrations.

Experience commissioning chilled-water plants and HVAC control systems.

Proficiency in BMS panel design, electrical/control drawings and AutoCAD.

Legal right to live and work in Cyprus at the time of application
Preferred
-
Familiarity with major BMS platforms, including Siemens, Schneider, Honeywell or Trend.

Experience with live system upgrades and migrations.

Background in critical facilities such as hospitals, airports or data centres.

Knowledge of KNX/DALI, fire alarm and generator integrations.

BMS manufacturer certification preferred.

Understanding of energy monitoring and reporting.
SALARY AND BENEFITS

€50,000 - €80,000 Gross Per Annum
