DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare and manage invoices, packing lists, and internal documentation

Handle calculations and data entry in Excel and Priority ERP system

Liaise with the office and HQ to ensure seamless coordination

Support logistics and operational processes as needed

Communicate clearly and professionally in English across departments
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree or higher (in any field)

Excellent command of English (spoken and written)

Strong Excel skills are essential

Knowledge or experience in trading, shipping, or bookkeeping is an advantage

Organized, proactive, and able to handle multitasking with ease
