GRS is working with a regulated forex company in Limassol that is looking to hire a Back Office Officer to join their team on a full-time. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day back-office operations, including client onboarding, transaction monitoring, and maintaining accurate records.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow internal policies and procedures in daily operations
- Perform AML, KYC, and client documentation checks
- Monitor client deposits, withdrawals, and PSP activity
- Liaise with payment providers, banks, and internal teams to resolve issues
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within internal systems
- Prepare reports for internal, external, and regulatory purposes
- Reconcile client balances with internal systems in coordination with accounting
- Provide support across back-office functions as required
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor’s Degree holder
- Previous experience in financial services is an advantage
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
