On behalf of our client, a CySEC regulated firm operating in the FX industry, GRS Recruitment are looking to hire a Back-Office Officer for their Limassol based team. The successful candidate needs to have previous working experience in a back-office role within a CIF. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Analyse on a constant basis the department`s activity, KYC, AML procedures etc.
  • Monitor the procedure of customers account establishment, maintenance and closures.
  • Keep track of record keeping procedures
  • Liaise with other departments to escalate and resolve all client issues in a timely manner.
  • Working and implementing the internal policies and procedures of the company
  • Shall maintain a record of the clients` financial instruments accounts and keep a complete overview of the clients’ assets.
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Previous working experience of 2 -3 years in a Back Office department of a CySEC regulated investment firm.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Advanced CySEC certification will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail and target oriented.
  • Can-do attitude and self-motivated
  • Working hours: Monday – Friday 09:00-18:00
