MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintains, monitors, and oversees client account balances to ensure accuracy and completeness at all times.

Reviews and reconciles client statements, verifying that all financial information presented to clients is correct and up to date.

Ensures that all client transactions are properly recorded in the company’s internal systems in accordance with established procedures and regulatory requirements.

Calculates, applies, and verifies that the correct fees, charges, and commissions are accurately applied to client accounts.

Monitors discrepancies or irregularities in client balances or transactions and investigates and resolves issues in a timely manner.

Ensures that the company’s own financial transactions related to client activity are accurately reflected in internal accounting and operational systems.

Works closely with different department to ensure data consistency and operational integrity across all systems.

Supports audits, reporting, and regulatory reviews by providing accurate account data and transaction records.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

At least 1 year of experience in a back office, operations, or finance-related role within the financial services industry (banking, brokerage, asset management, or fintech).

Good understanding of financial transactions, client account reconciliation, and balance monitoring.

Experience with transaction processing, fee calculations, and maintaining accurate client statements.

Familiarity with financial systems, trading platforms, or accounting software; strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.

High attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently.

Good understanding of regulatory requirements and internal controls related to client accounts and financial reporting.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
