MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Open customers’ accounts on the Bank’ database
- Close customers’ accounts
- Update customers’ records in accordance with the department’s procedures
- Perform changes on customers’ accounts
- Perform qualitative and quantitative checks on account documentation for new and existing customers
- Abide with operational risk procedures
- Observe Regulatory Reporting requirements
- Work effectively with other departments to streamline the Onboarding processes
- Ensure all customers’ files are stored and maintained accordingly
- Scanning, filing and other administrative duties
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Level 4 certifications in business subjects or equivalent certifications
- Knowledge of MS Office applications and ECDL base certificate
- Prior experience in a financial institution will be considered an asset
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Must have a good eye for detail
