GRS Recruitment are working with a well-established firm seeking to recruit a Bookkeeper in Limassol. Our client’s Head Office is in Limassol with other offices in various locations in Asia and the Middle East. The successful candidate will need to require a Minimum of 1+ year/s of bookkeeping experience. If you have the necessary skills and experience, then an attractive remuneration package will be offered for this Limassol based Bookkeeper role.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for entering the bookkeeping transactions in the computer software of clients
  • Accounts preparation and audit
  • Preparation and submission of VAT forms
  • Payroll preparation as well as payment of the relevant taxes
  • Assisting in strengthening of internal controls and procedures but also efficiency within the department.
  • Stay up to date with all current IFRS and Tax developments.
  • Should have dynamic knowledge of excel and be able to collate data and prepare reports/ exhibits/ charts for further analysis and reporting.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • BSc Accounting/ Finance
  • Related work experience in similar position or relevant department
  • Good knowledge of the English Language
  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking
  • Computer literacy with a good working knowledge of MS office tools especially a very good knowledge of MS Excel
