MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To understand the business, market and customer needs and propose solutions.

To analyse existing processes and identify the need to improve by streamlining and automating processes to improve efficiency and costs.

To gather and interpret data to provide actionable insights for decision-making.

To ask as a liaison between different stakeholders within the company and ensures that everyone is working towards common goals.

To identify and assess risks associated with projects and initiatives and develop strategies to mitigate them.

To gather and document the requirements of a project.

To assist stakeholders adapt to new processes, technologies, or ways of working minimising resistance and maximizing the changes of successful implementation.

To develop business strategies based on insights into market trends, customers’ needs and competitive landscapes.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Bachelor's or master's degree in fields such as business administration, management, finance, economics, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
-
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) offered by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA).
-
Agile Analysis Certification (IIBA-AAC) offered by IIBA.
-
Project Management Professional (PMP) offered by the Project Management Institute (PMI), which includes a focus on business analysis techniques.
-
3 years experience in a similar position.

Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, or data visualization tools is often required.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Problem-Solving Abilities and an aptitude for generating innovative solutions.

Understanding of software development methodologies, familiarity with project management tools, knowledge of database systems, and proficiency in specific business analysis software.

Domain Knowledge.

Strong Interpersonal Skills.

Adaptability, willingness to learn, and the ability to quickly grasp new concepts are highly valued traits in this field.
