This is a pivotal role, acting as the bridge between business needs and technology solutions. The Business Analyst will focus on analysing and redesigning processes to drive efficiency, scalability, and digital transformation. By serving as the link between stakeholders and technical teams, you will ensure that transformation initiatives are strategically aligned with business objectives and deliver measurable value.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

Analyze, document, and optimize business processes as part of the company’s digital transformation and ERP implementation programs, as well as across departments to improve efficiency, quality, and compliance.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify pain points, and propose practical solutions.

Map current and future state processes using standard methodologies (e.g., BPMN, flowcharts).

Support the design and implementation of new systems or process changes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Develop clear documentation, including process maps, SOPs, and requirements specifications.

Facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews to validate process understanding and solution proposals.

Assist project teams during implementation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and change management.

Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of process improvements.

Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and best practices.

Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Help build the skill sets of team members and share learnings with other employees.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, or related field.

Proven experience (2+ years) as a Business Process Analyst, Business Analyst, System Analyst, Project Coordinator or similar role.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and processes.

Experience in process mapping and documentation tools (e.g., Visio, SAP Signavio).

Experience gathering and documenting requirements, and translating them into functional specifications.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.

Ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams.

Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Considered an Advantage:

Professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, Lean Six Sigma, BPM, PMP, PRINCE2 certification).

Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle).

Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).

Experience in managing/coordinating technology projects;

Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Understanding of RPA (Robotic Process Automation), AI-driven solutions or digital transformation initiatives.

Experience in change management and training delivery.
