The successful candidate will be someone with consulting experience, clear analytical thinking, strong stakeholder management skills and demonstrable experience of delivering change using technology and soft skills. You will be responsible for building a strong understanding of end-to-end Cards domain & Functionalities within (e.g. Collections, Payments, Interest Calculation, Instalments), user journeys & processes, their supporting technologies and will have Cards Product/Platform experience – TS PRIME, TS2 or any equivalent. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Building a strong understanding of end-to-end Cards domain & Functionalities within (e.g. Collections, Payments, Interest Calculation, Instalments), user journeys & processes, their supporting technologies

Work with end customer team(s) and internal colleagues

Accurately and efficiently elicit, challenge, and document scope, processes & requirement
-
Producing high quality business and technical analysis deliverables, including but not limited to, functional and non-functional specifications, ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ process models

Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the entire change lifecycle
-
Applying BA best practice and insights that challenge the business to think about the “right” solution
-
Building relationships and trust with senior stakeholders, understanding goals, objectives and desired outcomes, and bringing them on the journey of engagement

Maintaining a close working relationship with Project Management, PMO, Product Manager and IT colleagues and working with them
-
Along with your BA colleagues, implementing continual improvements to ensure that we are constantly evolving how we do Business Analysis
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Problem investigation and operational excellence
-
Cards Product/Platform experience – TS PRIME, TS2 or any equivalent
-
Advanced MS Excel ability and working knowledge of MS PowerPoint, MS Visio (or similar process modelling tool) and MS Word
-
Self-management, the ability to plan and organise your work to align with the client’s plan or milestone dates, by setting quantified goals and working to defined standards

To be flexible to travel to, and work at, client sites across the UK as required

Eliciting and managing requirements

Process modelling

High level data modelling

Agile and waterfall SDLC frameworks, roles, responsibilities and ceremonies

Extensive Business Analyst knowledge

Cards Domain exp is a must

Prior experience in Cards projects & Platform Implementations
