On behalf of our client, a CySEC regulated firm are working in partnership with GRS Recruitment to hire a Business Development Account Manager (Scandinavia/Hungary/Germany/Arabic) to join their team in Limassol and focus on expanding in the above mentioned regions. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, proven partnership creation skills, and a deep understanding of the specific market.  If you are a results-driven, passionate business development professional with a deep understanding of the financial market, please send us your CV for this Limassol based role.
  • Develop and execute a targeted business development strategy to drive growth and expand in the above mentioned regions
  • Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with potential clients and partners, including financial institutions, fintech companies, and other industry stakeholders
  • Negotiate and close partnership deals that align with company objectives and contribute to long-term success
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to develop customized solutions that meet the unique needs of clients and partners
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and identify new opportunities
  • Represent at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and strengthen relationships in the region
  • Prepare and deliver reports on account management activities, performance metrics, and insights to senior management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
  • Fluent in the specified language needed (Scandinavian/Hungarian/German/Arabic)
  • Some experience in business development, account management, sales, or a related field, with a focus on the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of creating and maintaining successful partnerships and driving business growth
  • Excellent understanding of the specific market, including key players, trends, and opportunities
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
