A Nicosia based Forex Company with offices globally is working in partnership with GRS Recruitment to hire a Business Development Manager for their Nicosia based team.   • Identify and research potential business opportunities within the Forex market.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth and profitability.
  • Negotiate and close business deals, including partnerships.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities and progress towards targets.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and trends to ensure compliance and competitive positioning.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, analyze market trends, and stay updated on industry developments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, including forex brokers, institutional investors, and high net worth individuals.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored trading solutions and services to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies and promotional campaigns to attract new clients.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to identify potential threats and opportunities for the company.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, negotiate terms, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or in any other related field.
  • 3-5 years of previous working experience in a similar role, within the FX industry.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for business development and relationship management.
  • In-depth knowledge of the forex market, including trading platforms, products, regulations, and industry trends.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop effective strategies.
