On behalf of our Client, operating in the Real Estate, Hospitality and Marine Industry, GRS are seeking to recruit a Commercial Manager to join their continuously expanding team in Larnaca. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience as a Business Development Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to work with well-established organization. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintaining an overall perspective of the company’s business strategy / portfolio, identifying opportunities for optimization to ensure sustainable business practices and growth
  • Identifying new business opportunities, assessing levels of interest, qualifying budgets and converting prospective leads into successful accounts
  • Conducting regular market research to - identify potential opportunities for the business to work on - benchmark product offerings and pricing
  • Preparing appropriate feasibility analysis for each opportunity and prepare reports for consideration
  • Securing new business as well as maintaining and growing current accounts, taking initiatives that will promote the project to relevant parties
  • Following up with potential business clients
  • Be proactive at keeping an ear to the ground and acquire information about potential business
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers, potential customers and suppliers
  • Networking within existing customer base to grow opportunities
  • Attending relevant functions and network with key stakeholder groups as appropriate
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • University degree in Business Management or relevant field
  • Proven experience in a Business Development and/or Sales /Marketing role
  • Proven ability to develop new business, including proven success in negotiation and sales Experience in roles interacting with the public and a broad range of stakeholders to achieve collaborative outcomes
  • Excellent knowledge of the English and the Greek languages
  • Computer literate (MS Office application)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and influential skills
  • Strong entrepreneurial presence, business acumen and customer service orientation
  • Confident, resilient and target-driven
  • Professionalism, integrity, strong work ethic and trustworthiness
