MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Research and identify potential clients and market segments to expand the customer base. Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and generate new business.

Establish and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations to help them achieve their business objectives.

Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets. Utilise a consultative sales approach to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions from the portfolio of services.

Work closely with the technical, marketing, and product teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and capabilities. Provide feedback to enhance service offerings and address client needs effectively.

Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, proposal development, contract negotiations, and closing deals. Ensure all contracts and agreements are aligned with company policies and objectives.

Keep up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation. Share insights with the team to enhance the company’s market position.

Monitor sales activities, prepare regular sales forecasts, and provide detailed reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis to senior management.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the Fintech, Gaming, or IT services industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Ability to analyse market trends and develop strategic business plans.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Willingness to travel as required.
