Our client a leading IT Software company is looking for a Business Development Manager in Malta. In this position you will play a crucial role in driving the company’s business forward. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Identify and pursue potential business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and digital marketing.
  • Meet with prospects to understand their needs and document their requirements.
  • Deliver compelling product demos that showcase the value of ComplyRadar.
  • Craft detailed and persuasive business proposals.
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts to close deals successfully.
  • Work closely with our delivery and pre-sales teams to ensure seamless service
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and success
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • A proven track record of meeting sales objectives and providing exceptional customer service.
  • The ability to engage with blue-chip customers and build relationships with C-level management.
  • An eye for detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English. Additional European languages are a plus.
  • A basic knowledge of banking, regulatory compliance, AML, financial fraud, responsible gambling, and KYC.
  • A tertiary level degree or equivalent experience in relevant sectors.
