Our client, a reputable Financial Services company based in Limassol, is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join their dynamic team. We’re looking for a business development professional to identify and engage companies that can benefit from our clients’ financial solutions. You’ll research high-growth businesses, understand their banking and payment challenges, and connect with decision-makers ready for a more sophisticated financial partner.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Generate leads: Research, outreach, and network to build a pipeline of qualified opportunities.

Qualify prospects: Assess inbound leads and schedule discovery calls with decision-makers.

Develop expertise: Learn how businesses manage cross-border finances and how our client solves their challenges.

Collaborate: Work with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and share market insights.

Track performance: Maintain pipeline health, meet targets, and optimize prospecting strategies.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Experienced: 2–4 years in business development, sales, or client-facing roles (fintech a plus).

Outbound-savvy: Skilled at researching prospects, crafting messages, and persistent follow-ups.

Clear communicator: Strong English (written & verbal); additional languages are a bonus.

Curious & self-directed: Eager to understand business operations and manage your own pipeline.
