On behalf of our client a well-established consultancy company aiding Financial Service and Gaming companies in fraud, risk, and compliance solutions GRS are seeking a Business Executive to join their Commercial Team in Malta. The selected candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition efforts and new revenue growth. The role shall involve conducting prospecting of new clients to develop into accounts by carrying out the full sales cycle, coordinate internal and external stakeholders as well as proceed to close deals. A deep understanding of market verticals as well as the buying process and buyer personas is key to guide this prospecting. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Carry out Sales and New Business Activities in defined international markets with the aim of reaching the company’s new business targets.

Identify potential sales opportunities, conduct intensive and structured prospecting of new clients to develop into new accounts.

Execute and coordinate the sales process involving internal and external stakeholders, promote solutions, close deals at the C-Level.

Devise approaches based on budgets available to generate leads for specific business lines as instructed by the Commercial Manager.

Establish a relationship with clients to understand their needs and expectations from the sale while coordinating the full sales process with internal and external stakeholders.

Negotiate commercial and payment terms with prospective clients within the parameters agreed with the Commercial Manager.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in the IT services, compliance industry or fintech, with a strong record of hitting targets.

Fluent in written and spoken English. Fluency in any other European languages is an asset.

Is responsible, self-driven and shows initiative.

Is outgoing and approachable and has effective communication skills.

Has excellent customer handling skills.

Is self-motivated and has good time-management skills.

Should have a new business acquisition mindset and be driven to grow the customer base.
