A growing consulting firm providing consultative services to the forex industry, are working with GRS to recruit a Business Operations Executive to join their team in Limassol. The successful candidate will have worked within forex for 3 years and have an understanding of a wide range of positions. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Working closely with the General Manager on various ad-hoc projects

Managing and monitoring the functionality and coordination within the business requirements, along with the communication of all internal departments and external partners

Project manager of various activities including marketing, operation, etc
-
Weekly reporting to top management

Improving the operational processes, procedures and execution schedules
-
Creation of automated processes
-
Collaboration with the Marketing Department
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any other related field
-
At least two years of experience in a managerial operational role in the forex industry is a must
-
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
-
Active, energetic, task oriented
-
Ability to work effectively under pressure
-
High attention to detail
-
Excellent knowledge of English (both written and verbal)

Strong experience in a similar leadership role in Forex, Binary or Gaming industry

Responsible to develop, lead and manage a successful project/task
-
In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, brand, product and service management - big plus

Ability to emphasize on ROI and take necessary measures if needed
