An international spa franchise entering the Cypriot market is currently looking for a Retail Business Partner (Russian speaking) to join the team in Limassol. The successful candidate will have relevant experience in opening and expanding a franchise, management, and be a fluent Russian and English speaker. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational management of the company

Opening from scratch spa salons in major cities of Cyprus

Arranging any regulations needed for spa salons in Cyprus

Finding locations and overseeing renovations of each salon

Project management

Working closely with the owner and colleagues to ensure that everything is up to the franchise standards

Participating in budgeting, financial modelling, management reporting activities

Development and implementing service standards, organizing training of employees, hiring and supervising of employees
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Previous experience in opening and expanding a franchise

Proactive and goals-driven

Fluency in Russian and English

Ability to negotiate and organize

Experience in all aspects of management including costing, planning, monitoring the market, entering into new partnerships, etc.
