GRS Recruitment are working with a well-established Telecommunications organization Nicosia who are searching to recruit a Call Center Representative to join the team in Nicosia. For this role we are looking for someone that will be able to work on a rotation shifts and weekends. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Offer exceptional experience to all our customers by providing the best possible solutions based on their needs

Promote company solutions, products and services to existing and prospective customers

Provide support and assistance through all channels available (emails, chat, social media, etc.)
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
Fluent written and spoken English and Greek
-
Positive, energetic and confident personality

Good computer skills
-
Previous experience in a customer support role is considered as an advantage

Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends (no later than 22:00)

The call center agents work on a 6h or 8h shifts and the working schedule is shared one month prior.

Part time availability as well, 30hours per week
-
Full Time, 40hours per week.

The position is onsite

Induction paid training for one month will take place in Latsia
