The successful candidate will be responsible for the general maintenance of a defined computer equipment and for the resolution of identified technical problems. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing CCTV systems health and maintenance

Tracking of equipment

Following up with support tickets on internal software

Reporting Weekly CCTV System Technical statuses

Close communication with integrators
-
Checking vessel schedules to coordinate maintenance teams
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Higher Diploma in Communications and Computers Networks
-
Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering will be considered as an advantage
-
Basic understanding of CCTV systems
-
Very good technological approach
-
Technical Troubleshooting
-
Demonstrate practical knowledge and problem-solving strategies
-
Well organized and records tracking personnel
-
Be able to work on his/her own initiative
-
Have high-quality inter-personal skills
-
Cisco knowledge will be considered as an advantage
