GRS Recruitment is working with a well-established international organisation to recruit a CCTV Technical Administrator. You will be supporting the planning, coordination, and administration of CCTV installations and maintenance for vessels worldwide.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinate and schedule CCTV installations, repairs, and maintenance activities for vessels globally.
  • Prepare and manage service schedules, ensuring all open and new tasks are accurately planned and communicated to the technical team.
  • Monitor daily installation and service schedules, maintaining accurate records across internal platforms and ensuring timely updates.
  • Liaise with vessels, integrators, and internal teams to ensure all installation requirements are completed in advance for a smooth service delivery.
  • Coordinate ongoing maintenance activities and provide scheduling support to technical teams.
  • Review service reports, update internal systems with relevant information, and maintain accurate records by archiving reports and supporting documentation.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and confident using online systems.
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Able to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Basic technical troubleshooting skills and a good understanding of technology.
  • Previous exposure to CCTV systems will be considered an advantage.
  • High School Diploma.
  • A certification or diploma in Computer Science or a related field will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent planning, organisational, and record-keeping skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Flexible, efficient, and solution-oriented approach to work.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
  • €16,000 – €21,600 Gross Per Annum
  • Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability.
