MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily Accounting & Bookkeeping: Record all daily invoices, payments, and receipts in Dynamics 365; manage AR/AP, bank reconciliations, and Stripe payments.

Multi-Entity Accounting: Reconcile intercompany transactions (CY, UAE, RS), maintain transfer pricing records, manage the accounting transition related to the IPO consolidation and track IP transfers.

Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly management accounts, generate 12-month cash flow forecasts, participate in budget checks across all group companies, compile quarterly board reporting packs and build Power BI financial dashboards.

Tax & Compliance: File Cyprus VAT and corporate tax; coordinate UAE VAT/DFSA compliance and Serbian filings with external advisors.

Audits & Controls: Lead quarterly/annual audits with external auditors, maintain audit-ready records, enforce internal controls, and assist with ESOP accounting.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

ACCA, ACA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification

3+ years of accounting experience

Experience with intercompany accounting and multi-entity structures

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

Knowledge of Cyprus tax legislation (corporate tax, VAT)

Working knowledge of IFRS

Fluent English (written and spoken)
SALARY AND BENEFITS
- €35,000 - 45,000 Gross Per Annum
