On behalf of our client, a well-established and well-known Forex Broker, GRS are seeking a Chinese speaking Customer Support to join their team in Limassol.  The successful candidate will be responsible for processing KYC documents and provide Support via chat/email/phone to Chinese speaking Clients, and will report to the Customer Support Team Leader.   • Assisting and performing KYC for all China region clients, ensuring regulatory requirements are being met
  • Identifying and enhancing internal procedures, systems and controls
  • Supporting all Clients via chat/email/phone as per business requirements
  • Working Hours: 04:00 – 12:30 (Mon – Fri)
  • Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin), both in writing and verbally
  • Excellent verbal and written command of the English language
  • Very good knowledge of Office 365
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Communication skills that allow you to inform, help and advice customers efficiently
  • Attention in detail
  • Willingness to confront difficult situations and adopt to a fast-changing environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferrable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer oriented
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office and Computer literacy
  • Works independently and as a part of a team
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
