MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.

Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports.

Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify areas for cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and operational improvements.

Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards.

Provide insightful analysis of financial results to senior management and stakeholders.

Analyse product costs, including materials, labour, and overhead, to identify opportunities for cost savings.

Manage cash flow and liquidity to meet operational needs and financial obligations.

Monitor working capital metrics and implement strategies to improve cash conversion cycles.

Forecast cash flow projections and recommend actions to mitigate cash flow risks.

Evaluate capital investment opportunities, including new projects, acquisitions, and capital expenditures.

Conduct financial modelling and ROI analysis to support investment decisions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial feasibility and strategic alignment of proposed investments.

Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate exposure.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred. ACCA accreditation ideal.

Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within the manufacturing industry.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.

Experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting tools.

Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
