GRS is looking to hire a Chinese Speaking Immigration Specialist for our client, a distinguished firm offering tax, legal advisory, and corporate services to local and international clients. The main duties of the successful applicant will Client liaison for translation and application forms, planning travel, real estate assistance, agenda compilation. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Acting as a client liaison for the company for translation purposes to compile and finalise application forms for Maltese residence and/or citizenship via investment

Planning and monitoring clients’ requirements including airport transfers and travelling requirements both to Malta and from Malta

Supporting clients with their needs including amongst others with real-estate enquiries/viewing and with educational related requirements

Compiling an agenda for clients’ visits to Malta

Customers’ follow-ups on a regular basis

Report any concerns to management

Assisting/Accompanying Chinese clients with biometrics

Travelling where required by management to China and/or other countries in order to market the MPRP and meet with clients and/or prospective clients.

Carrying out any further ancillary tasks when the needs arises
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Applicants need to be fluent in English and Chinese

Have excellent customer-care and organisational skills
-
Previous experience in Malta’s Residency & Citizenship by Investment business would be considered as an asset.
