A Forex company with offices in Cyprus, Egypt, Nigeria, India, and Vietnam is working in partnership with GRS Recruitment to hire a Client Experience Officer for their Nicosia based team. The successful candidate will be responsible to provide excellent customer support to the company’s clients. With only a year of previous working experience in a Customer Support related role, the successful candidate will be able to develop a bright career in this field by working alongside talented individuals. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Respond to helpdesk open client tickets, email queries, live chat and telephone calls

Collection and approval of KYC documents

Assist with allocating client deposits and executing withdrawals in a timely manner

Assign clients to relevant departments for faster support

Provide general assistance for the smooth running of the Back Office and Support Departments
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
At least a year of similar experience
-
Native or fluent English speaker. Fluency in Italian or Spanish will be considered an advantage.

Computer Literate

Very Good Communicating Skills

Excellent telephone manners
