GRS Recruitment is excited to announce a new opportunity for an Italian speaking Customer Support position with our client, a Forex Trading company located in the vibrant city of Limassol. This is an excellent chance to join a small but dynamic team dedicated to providing top-notch support to their clients in the financial sector.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist clients ensuring their satisfaction and engagement with the company’s offerings.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention.
  • Proactively identify clients’ needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their trading experience.
  • Resolve client issues and concerns promptly and effectively, collaborating with internal teams as needed.
  • Assist clients with account-related inquiries, platform navigation, and trading support.
  • Work closely with the sales, support, and compliance teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Provide insights and feedback to management on client needs, preferences, and market trends.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs related to client retention, satisfaction, and revenue generation.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Fluent in Italian, with excellent proficiency in English. Additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Understanding of online trading, financial markets and related products (CFDs, Forex, etc.).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional language proficiency is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Unrestricted work authorization in Cyprus
