GRS Recruitment are working with a well-established property development company in Limassol that is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join its growing technical team. Candidates with a strong background in residential and commercial construction projects will be considered. Working on high-quality developments, you will play a key role in overseeing site operations, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest standards.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Carry out regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of works.

Supervise and coordinate the activities of main contractors and subcontractors.

Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with agreed specifications, budgets and timelines.

Liaise with architects, consultants and external stakeholders, providing technical guidance and resolving site-related issues.

Coordinate the work of external consultants throughout the project lifecycle.

Report on project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
-
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and environmental standards.

Attend and contribute to technical and project coordination meetings.

Identify risks and implement practical engineering solutions to support successful project delivery.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Degree in Civil Engineering.
-
Registered member of ETEK.
-
Minimum 5 years' experience within residential and commercial construction projects.

Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD.
-
Good working knowledge of MS Project.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Solid understanding of construction methods, procurement processes and project management principles.

Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
-
Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
SALARY AND BENEFITS

€45,000 - €50,000 Gross Per Annum

Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability

Working hours of 8:30am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
