As part of their on-going growth and success as a global brokerage offering leading trading technologies and activities, our Client is seeking to recruit a highly competent and ambitious Client Services Specialist to join their multinational team in Limassol. The ideal candidate will be exceptionally passionate about working with people and adding personal value to a customer focused role and will be fluent in English and Portuguese or Spanish languages. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide frontline support for all (relevant) client interactions covering telephone, e-mail and online media: aim to exceed clients’ expectations in every instance.

Be the “first line of defence” (with other stakeholders) to identify, escalate and manage potential risk.

Undertake key functions on MT4 to meet the organisation’s segregation of duties principles – e.g., filter & process client withdrawal requests.
-
Meet the demands of both internal stakeholders and Company’s diverse client base in a growing fast-paced environment.

Report on relevant trends & insights as they relate to client queries, complaints and potential opportunities for the Company to internal stakeholders.

Adhere to established policies, guidelines, procedures and training plans to meet the obligations set out in Company’s compulsory literature available on the internal confluence application.

Manage escalations to Senior managers and relevant Stakeholders as appropriate.

Perform “layer 1” trade investigation / validation / affirmation for MT4.

Working Hours: 5 working days per week between Monday and Sunday. Shifts include 3:00 pm - 12:00 am, 4:00 pm - 1:00 am and 5:00 pm - 2:00 am.
