The role offers 2 weeks of paid training in Limassol, providing a great opportunity to grow within the dynamic forex industry. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Remote client support, communication by phone, skype, mail, chat
  • Conducting presentations of investment products to potential clients
  • Assistance in account opening and other customer questions
  • Interaction with other departments on various tasks (client and internal queries)
  • Updating client personal data
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • High communication skills
  • Experience in financial companies (is an advantage)
  • Computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office tools
  • Detail-oriented and focused
  • Must be fluent in French and Russian 
COMPANY BENEFITS
  • Working hours 8/day, 5 days a week
  • Flexible for hybrid work after completing training period (2-weeks).
