MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Remote client support, communication by phone, skype, mail, chat

· Conducting presentations of investment products to potential clients

· Assistance in account opening and other customer questions

Interaction with other departments on various tasks (client and internal queries)

Updating client personal data
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
High communication skills
-
Experience in financial companies (is an advantage)

Computer literacy and experience on Microsoft Office tools
-
Detail-oriented and focused
-
Spanish native speaker and additionally, the manager should have a good command of English
