An international investment firm is looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist to join their team in Nicosia. The successful candidate will have the relevant experience in financial markets and knowledge of AML/KYC procedures. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients which involves initial analysis of constitutional documents, structure, financial statements, adverse media search, assistance in preparation of economic profiles, risk assessment, data maintenance both in electronic & hard copy form;
- Constant support of activities of the internal departments & units
- Maintenance of internal & external systems, data base
- Arranging the execution of agreements with customers & providers
- Maintaining electronic document workflow relating to customers/counterparties
- Updating Clients KYC files & liaison with the Clients in this regard
- Administrative support
- Participating in various projects of the department
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Work experience in the financial markets in client relationships/client onboarding
- Knowledge of the financial markets and Anti Money Laundering (AML) & KYC rules will be a plus
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English. Fluency in Russian will be a plus
- Able to multi-task effectively
- Able to work independently with strong attention to accuracy and detail and well organized with excellent documentation skills
