Do you have solid experience in Client Payroll? A leading accounting, tax and audit firm is searching for a Client Payroll Officer to join their team in Malta. In this role, you will handle payroll for a portfolio of local and international clients within a great team environment. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Process payroll for clients accurately and timely
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll regulations and legislation
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll practices and systems
  • Assist clients with payroll inquiries and resolve any issues
  • Prepare and submit various payroll reports
  • Collaborate with the finance team for seamless accounting procedures
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in payroll preparation.
  • Familiarity with Payroll Software and Maltese Employment Law, including employee registration and enrolment, is an asset.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive, flexible, committed, and eager to learn.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English (knowledge of Maltese and Italian is an advantage).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
