On behalf of our client, a reputable Insurance Company in Malta, GRS Recruitment is seeking a Client Relations Support Officer. The ideal candidate will be expected to provide customers with ongoing professional service, anticipate their individual needs and act accordingly by issuing and following up insurance quotes. If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships, this could be the role for you.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITLIES
- Assist in maintaining positive relationships with clients by providing timely support and clear communication
- Handle client enquiries efficiently via phone, email, or in person
- Support the administration team in processing documentation and client information
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met promptly
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Assist in the preparation of reports and correspondence as required
- Contribute to continuous improvement of client support processes and procedures
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- A self-driven target-oriented team player with a flair for sales and strong customer service skills
- Capable of working under minimum supervision
- Possess a qualification at diploma level or an equivalent
- Have at least 2 years of experience working in a customer-oriented environment
