A long-established family office, based in Cyprus, is seeking a reliable and well-organized Personal Assistant / Receptionist to provide administrative and personal support to the Chairman and assist in the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide administrative and secretarial support across various group companies, including maintaining corporate files, liaising with external advisors, filing and archiving agreements, preparing payment orders and cheques, and handling e-banking transactions.

Assist the Chairman with a wide range of personal, family, and business matters, as well as other ad-hoc office or personal administrative tasks as required.

Manage the Chairman’s calendar, including scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses.

Organize and manage travel and accommodation arrangements for the Chairman as needed.

Receive, organize, and process personal payments and expenses on behalf of the Chairman (e.g., web banking, cheques, etc.).

Carry out external office-related errands, including visits to banks, public services, and other institutions.

Oversee the smooth operation of office facilities, ensuring adequate supplies and proper functioning of equipment.

Coordinate and monitor both company and personal expenses of the owner, including reviewing supplier invoices, contracts, and reconciling credit card and bank statements.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

2–3 years of relevant experience in a secretarial, administrative, or PA role.

Diploma or qualification in Secretarial Studies, Office Administration, or a related field.

Self-motivated, organized, and proactive, with strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Fluency in Greek and English (verbal and written); knowledge of Serbian or Russian will be considered an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general IT tools.
